Hey Kim, I enjoyed your blog. I stumbled across it by hitting NEXT BLOG. My wife and I visited Seattle a few years ago and loved it. We live on a small farm in Alabama. I work for a large corp. in Birmingham and they sent me on a temp assignment there. I went up first and was there almost a week before my wife Jilda came up. I had been there sereral days and the locals asked me had I seen Mt. Rainer (?) I had not because the cloud cover was low. On about the 3rd day, the clouds cleared and the mountain looked as if it was in the middle of the road. I almost had a wreck. We went to a house concert with Jim Page who is a singer songwriter there in Seattle. Friends of ours in Ireland told us about Jim when we were in Ireland a few years ago. We contacted Jim and he invited us to the concert. It was a really neat experience. My wife and I both fell in love with Seattle. I'm going to bookmark your blog. Thanks. Rick Watson
