A beautiful day in the neighborhood
I had the day off from work today so I went for a long walk to do errands and enjoy the sunshine. First stop was the Velo Bike Shop to get my bike fixed. Turns out it just had a bad link in its chain, easy to fix! I went out and bought myself a pair of bike shorts from REI to celebrate. :-D

Sure lookes like a lovely day for a walk. So do the shorts have padding for your sitdown?? Inquiring minds want to know!
Yes, my new shorts have two layers: the inner layer is tight and has padding in the "saddle region" while the outer layer is baggier for modesty reasons. Hopefully I'll get to give 'em a test ride this weekend!
