Have you used your cushioned undies this year?

I was lucky enough to have the day off from work on a nice, not rainy day so I took my bike out for the first time this year. I started from our apartment, went east on surface streets until I picked up the Burke-Gilman and followed that around Lake Washington to Marymoor Park in Redmond. From there I went south on West Lake Sammamish Parkway to the I-90 trail, which I took across Mercer Island to Lake Washington Boulevard. I crossed the Montlake Bridge and took the Burke-Gilman back to Ballard then went up 8th to home. The total? Fifty-seven miles and a lot of fun! Pictures are here!

Hurtling down mountains...

I'm home from a day of snowboarding with friends at Snoqualmie Pass. The weather was good, the snow wasn't too bad, and we all had a great time. I'll let you know when I think of a part of me that doesn't hurt! Pictures of the day are posted here.
